Senior Client Service (Quantitative Research)

Our new colleague will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex research projects to ensure high quality standards are maintained, deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget.

Main responsibilities:

Project management:

- Preparation of research proposals, including pricing
- Design and implementation of research projects, including development of instruments (questionnaire, data collection and data processing instructions etc.)
- Writing research reports, delivering face-to-face presentations to Ipsos clients
- Integrating research findings across various methods (Qual & Quant, for instance)
- Participation to workshop preparation, moderation & follow-up

Account Management:

- Client service duties for specific accounts

Business Development:

- Organizing and/ or attending business meetings with various companies activating in Romania

- Attending industry events and conferences 

Requirements:

• University degree 
• At least four years experience in market research
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of market research techniques
• Analytical skills
• Leadership and project management skills
• Sound business development skills
• English - advanced (speaking,reading, writing)
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS etc.) is a plus
